Dear Parents and Guardians,

It seems hard to believe but our 2017 summer program is only a few months away and we are looking forward to welcoming your child back once again. We have so many enriching and exciting things planned for the summer and now is the time to register all of our returning students!

The program dates for this year are:
Wednesday, July 5 – Friday, August 11

This year we are changing the way we register our students. Over the coming weeks we will be having four registration evenings for parents previewing the summer and introducing online registration. It is important that you attend the night that has been reserved for your child’s grade level. While you are welcome to bring your child to the event, we encourage parents to attend on their own.

Here is what to expect on registration evening:

• An introduction to our online registration. You will be able to register your child online during the evening for the summer program.
• Dinner for everyone in attendance.
• A free book for you to take home for your child.
• For parents that attend the registration night and register online, the program fee will drop to $10 per student (as opposed to $25).

The dates of the registration evenings are as follows:
Please note the grade corresponds to the grade-level that your child is currently in.

Monday, February 6th (6pm – 7:30pm)

Parents of 1st and 2nd graders

Monday, February 13th (6pm – 7:30pm)
Parents of 3rd and 4th graders

Monday, February 20th (6pm – 7:30pm)
Parents of 5th and 6th graders

Monday, March 13th (6pm – 7:30pm)
Parents of 7th and 8th graders

All registration evenings will take place at The Harley School, 1981 Clover Street, Rochester, NY 14618.

Can’t make it to one of the evenings?
If you know that you cannot make it to the evening that is reserved for your child’s grade please contact us as soon as possible and we will schedule for you to come in on an alternative evening. If you cannot make any of the evenings please let us know so that we can make alternative plans to re-reregister your child. This is especially important as the final registration deadline is Friday, March 17. After this date we will open up any remaining spaces to our waitlist.

Questions:

If I have children in multiple grade-levels can I register them all on the same night? Yes, absolutely. Please let us know which evening you will be attending.

Don’t have access to transportation and can’t get to Harley? Please call us and we will try and organize a pick up for you. Please call immediately as we will not be able to provide transport for people who call on the day of the event.

Do I need to RSVP? No, please only contact us if you know you will not be able to make the evening or if you are having issues with transportation. If we do not hear from you we will assume you are attending the evening.

Why is the registration fee dropping to $10? Online registration will save us time entering data so we can reduce the registration fee.
